This place needs no introduction. Street Meat in lane number 6, KP. I have been here before.
KP at night is all lite up, buzzing with action. As you stroll down the lane, you observe plenty of food choices, aware of the sound of a few honks and laughter or retro music playing all in the back ground. Plenty of people who are young at heart, youngsters, couples, groups and all kinds, make up for the crowd you’ll spot here. You come alive …and you want to be a part here.
Street meat has a small setup, attentive staff, comfortable seating. We ordered and while waiting for the meal to get ready played some UNO (yes I was with the young) Cool breeze due to evening rains and a cooler in the premises made it quite a comfortable ambience.
A couple of rounds of the game and the Starters arrived
For starters we ordered ice tea and lemonade(with basil seeds) which came chilled.
Tacos ..: Came two soft tacos with the yummy chicken in Jamaican jerk spice , grilled pineapple. Superb
Crispy Korean wings with aioli were crisp and awesome
All the burgers that we ordered were juicy, containing big crispy Pattie and soft bun. You can choose a tossed salad (essentially of lettuce and tomatoes) or waffers as a side. Our order was..
Pulled pork burger with BBQ sauce and cheese.
Korean BBQ chicken burger with BBQ sauce, asian coleslaw
Grilled chicken burger with street meat sauce and spicy tandoor chicken.
All burgers were absolutely delicious and portion size was huge.
I found the place reasonable (Vfm, portion size etc)and If you haven’t been here, you know what you have missed and start making your weekend plan.
Ordered-Beep burger Party (Double Patty), Shrimp Burrito Bowl, brunut with salted caramel and Korean chicken waffle. The food is, in a word- brilliant! Burger was very well made- bread was soft with juicy patty with mayo and chips. The shrimp burrito bowl was filling and the shrimps were lightly sauted, with a ting of lemon, perfectly blended. The show stopper was Korean chicken waffle that was superb and a must try item. The brunut was served hot and soft. It was heavy and a bit buttery with too much of sweet, that you will realize after 2-3 bites. Overall, it's a must go to place. It is just beside baskin robbins and opposite to cosmos bank, koregaon park. They have a outdoor seating which adds to its rustic feel. Thank you!
A very small and cute , pocket friendly one of its kind café's in town. Every thing in their menu is amazing . You have to try their Korean taco and chicken pani puri
